How I work
A clear process, so you always know what comes next.
From brief to delivery, you approve the direction early, see progress at each milestone, and receive files ready for every channel.
Process
- Brief (15 min or written). Channel, goal, references, variants, deadline. No 3D jargon needed.
- Inputs check. CAD, photos, measurements, dielines, packaging or a sample. I tell you what each one gives us and what’s missing.
- Lookdev approval. One frame with material, light and framing, approved before producing the full set.
- Production + previews. Milestones you can see.
- Two consolidated revision rounds. Changes outside the approved direction are quoted before they’re made.
- Delivery per channel. Sizes, ratios, color space and file naming agreed upfront.
Fidelity checklist
Dimensions, logo, copy, color and material validated against your reference. Anything I can’t verify from your inputs, I flag in writing instead of guessing.

Every project is quoted after a short scope review. Not sure which package fits? Send me your product stage (sample, CAD, or concept) and target date, and I’ll reply with a recommended scope within 2 business days.
What I need from you
CAD (STEP, OBJ, FBX, etc.), or photos from several angles, measurements, packaging dielines and brand guide. No 3D files? We can start from a sample or sketch; modeling is quoted separately.
