Skincare line launch: hero, colorways, Amazon set and motion from one 3D model
A self-initiated beauty study built as a full launch kit
Date:

Self-initiated study · Romera is a fictional brand created for this project.
Goal. Show what a new premium skincare brand gets when its line is built in 3D before the first production run: a launch hero, new shades without a new shoot, a complete marketplace listing and short-form video, all consistent with each other.
Inputs. Front-label dielines with print dimensions, bottle measurements (150 ml, 17.6 cm tall) and a three-shade palette, the same material a brand would send before its first production run.
Deliverables.
- Hero image of the three-product set (4K), plus sage and lavender colorways made from the same render, with no re-render.
- A 7-image marketplace listing for the Gentle Cleanser: main image on pure white, three-quarter view, dimensions, benefits, texture close-up, lifestyle and shade variants.
- Label macro at 100% detail and a dieline-to-render comparison.
- A 10-second 360° turntable and a 12-second product clip in 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1.
Use. Product page and launch hero, Amazon-style listing, and paid social (Reels/TikTok in 9:16, feed in 1:1).
Behind the scenes. How the hero frame was built: clay and wireframe passes, then the lighting added one light at a time until the final image.

The Hero
One set, built once.
Three products, a Recovery Mask jar, a Hydrating Toner tube and a Gentle Cleanser bottle, modeled from label dielines and bottle measurements and staged as the launch hero: marble pedestals, a satin backdrop and soft botanical props.

Colorways
New shades without a new shoot.
The sage and lavender versions were recolored from the original render passes in compositing. No re-render and no new shoot, and the lighting stays identical across every shade.

The Listing
Seven images, ready for a marketplace.
Main image on pure white, three-quarter view, dimensions, benefits, texture close-up, lifestyle and shade variants. Every image comes from the same model, at 2000 × 2000 px.

Motion
A turntable and cuts for every feed.
A 10-second 360° turntable and a 12-second product clip, delivered in 16:9 for the web, 9:16 for Reels and TikTok, and 1:1 for the feed.
Behind the Scenes
How the hero frame was built.
A look at the process rather than a deliverable: clay and wireframe passes to check form, then the lighting added one light at a time (key, fill, halo and a product spot) until the final frame.
